After completing yourself enrolled yourself in a graduate program from the subjects and branch you like. After that you need to complete your post-graduation with a minimum of 55% marks as it is the minimum marks required to be eligible for National Eligibility Test, the qualifying exam for teaching. Then after qualifying the exam with good marks you can get a job in any good college by going through interviews. Else if you don't want to write NET then you can complete you Phd degree from any particular subject then also you can get a teacher job in any reputed college.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.
