First of all it should be totally your decision because you are the one has to live with this decision so think wisely.Now you have to understand that if you want to appear in next year jee and want to drop for one year then you will have to make sure that you will have to give all your heart and soul and promise yourself that you will make it to IITs next year.And if you are going to private engineering college then you will have to make sure that you will study so hard that you get a good placement.
The choice is yours.

if not then take second chance for Jee mains and Score high.

B.Tech from good college give you more opportunity and name .

This is good to wait 1 year then going to low level college and then getting no result.
