To score high in your +1 science stream, you have to do practice. Physics,chemistry some modules and maths have lots of questions for every single chapter.

Do study them and practice it. It will be boring in first few days but you get habituated. Then only you can move forward with the same problem solving in next time or in exam as you get to know how it is done.

other subjects are like literature. You can easily read and understand them. And you can write in your exam also with in your own words.
