Dont worry if you are uploaded 10 marksheet instead of 10 certificate because Your 10th marks sheet is a proof that you have completed your 10th successfully. It also is a valid proof of your Date of Birth. And in few Boards, the Marks sheet is considered as the Pass Certificate as well.  As long as the marks sheet serves the purpose of validating your Date of Birth, your 10th marks sheet is fine and you needn't update it to Certificate.
