artificial intelligence comes under Computer science and Information technology which deals with software part which make sure how the product will function. On hardware part,electronics and electrical engineering plays a role. It depends on you which stream you will choose in your Btech.

Best option for AI is IIT any campus across India. To get an admission at IIT you have to appear jee advance. To appear jee advance you have to appear jee mains and get good marks as you will get shortlisted for JEE Advance.
