There are a number of courses after your 12th science PCM but which course will be good  for you and you should go for depends upon following factors

*Your interest
*What do you want to become,

For example,   if you want to be an Engineer you will have to do Btech, if you want to be a lawyer than you can go for 5 year integrated LLB

After science stream with maths ,  you can go for following courses :-

Defence ( Navy, Army, Air force)
