Hello Aspirant,

JEE Main Paper 1

Is to seek admission in BTech course in NITs, IIITs, and several other central universities.
is a necessity to appear in JEE Advanced.

After clearing JEE Main a candidate is eligible to sit in JEE Advanced which is a pathway to admission in IITs, IISC and IIST. Through JEE Main a candidate can get admission in NITs, IIITs and several institutions.

Hello there,
After clearing JEE Main, you should apply to the colleges according to your rank. If you are aiming for IIT, then you need to clear JEE Advanced as well. Else, you can use your JEE Rank and apply in colleges for counseling. You can choose your college according to the course you want to study.

Hello,

After clearing joint entrance examination (JEE) main if you are qualified to give Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced. If you are not qualified for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced you can apply for NITs, IIITs for admissions. Once you have cleared the cut off of that particular college you can get admission in that college through counselling.
