You need the income certificate issued by the state government within 3 years , with the annual income of less than 2 lacs in order to be eligible for the fee reimbursement in telanga. 

Kindly note that your parent should not be employed in any government sector.

The wards of Government employees are not eligible for fee reimbursement.
