There are many colleges in telangana which offer B.tech and M.tech courses but the colleges who offer 5 years B.tech+M.tech integrated course are very few. 

Some of the colleges are:

1. JNTU, Hyderabad

2. International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad

3. University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad

4. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

There are good number of Colleges offering Btech and Mtech course. The 5 year integrated Course Btech + Mtech is offered by only few Colleges. JNTU Hyderabad offers 5 year integrated Course. There are no enough Colleges in Telangana offering the integrated Course. JNTU Hyderabad also offers that integrated Course only in few specializations.
