It is quite difficult to predict any cutoffs as the cutoffs depend on various factors like number of candidates appeared in the examination, highest score obtained, difficulty of paper etc. As these quantities keep changing every year, the cutoffs also changes. But for reference you can check this year's neet cutoffs
Neet 2020 result is out and the qualifying cutoffs of this year are as follow-

UR/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129
SC, ST, OBC PWD: 128-113

Now if you check you'll see that this year's qualifying cutoff is higher than that of last year's, as this year the highest score has been 720 out of 720. Due to high scores in Neet, this year the qualifying cutoff has been increased. Now next year's cutoffs depend on next year's data. But on an average scoring at least 150 Marks in Neet make you eligible for counselling. But for getting a good government Medical college you should aim to score at least 550 Marks in Neet.
