After b.tech if you want to study more then you should qualify gate with decent score,so that you get admission in M.tech as well as 65% in b.tech.You can also go for Ph.D in the subject offered .
You can do MBA as well and you can also apply for MS in abroad if you wish.
There are lots of opportunities after b.tech.

It depends on your interest. If you are interested in studying more then you can go for M.Tech or PhD. Many students also choose to do MBA after Btech as it helps a lot in this corporate world. If you are financially strong then you can do MS from foreing universities. Or you can start a startup of your own.

There are several courses you can do after BTech.

1) MBA: Most popular course that students go for, after Btech. You have to clear CAT exam for it.

2) M.Tech: You can specialize in a subject. You have to clear GATE exam for it. 

3) Civil Services: You can study for UPSC exams.
