Your chances of getting a govt. seat is quite bleak.
The only possiblity stands through Govt. Medical College, Pallakad. whose SC cutoff in in 2018 was 385 with which we can assume the OBC cutoff to be near about 420.
Since the trends are varying everywhere, we can't be sure of the cutoff yet.
However if you plan to get through private medical colleges, you do have many ways to make the cut.
