At the time of filling the application form, you must have received an application number/form number/registration number. Once you had completed the form, the form number must have been emailed to you so you can check it in your mail inbox (only if it was an online application). In case of an offline form, you must have received an acknowledgment/receipt. If this doesn't help, then mention the name of the exam you are appearing for so we can help you locate it and navigate to it.
