It is opposite actually. AIIMS New Delhi will conduct counselling in online mode for first time ever. They haven't yet officially released more details of how the online counselling procedure will work, but it has been announced that this year the counselling rounds of AIIMS MBBS will take place in online mode. 

By online mode of counselling it is meant that you will need not to go to the designated counselling venue and attend the counselling, instead you will register for the counselling in online mdoe, and register your preferences amongst 9 AIIMS institutions through same medium. 

In all likelihood the option for participating in counselling process will be activated in your 'MyPage' portal itself, once the counselling of AIIMS MBBS begins.
