Hello,

Absolutism is a political system in which a single sovereign ruler or leader holds complete and unrestrained power over a country. Typically vested in a monarch or dictator, the power of an absolutist government may not be challenged or limited by any other internal agency, whether legislative, judicial, religious, or electoral.

Thank you.

Good Evening ,

As per your query , basically absoultism means the political doctrine and practice of unlimited centralised authority and absolute sovereignty , as vested especially in a monarch or dictator.

The most common defense of monarchical absolutism known as " the devine rights of kings" theory meaning that kings derive their authority from God.

In simple words , basically absoultism means a political system in which a single ruler , group or political party has complete power over a country.

I hope now you can understand thr absolutism.

Revert back for further query.

Good wishes :-)
