Telescope in normal adjustment means the final image is formed at infinity. The magnification in a telescope is given by the ratio of focal length of objective lens to the focal length of eye-piece.

In normal adjustment, the length and magnifying power of an astronomical telescope are 80 cm and 15 respectively.
