Following documents are necessary for ex.serviceman category counselling,

1. Call Letter/ Hall Ticket/ Admit Cards of NEET-UG 2021 exam provided byNTA,
2. Score card issued by NTA
3. Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
4. SSLC Certificate (for date of birth) and Marksheet
5. HSC Marks Sheet
6. Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
7. Provisional allotment letter generated on-line
