These are the documents required for NEET 2021 application ;

• Class 10th passing certificate
• Class 12th passing certificate if any
• Candidates photo ( scanned image )
• Candidates signature (scanned signature)
• Caste certificate if any
• Aadhar card or any other identification card
• Scanned thump impression

The general category Candidates need to pay INR 1500 and other reserved category need to pay INR 1400 .

Candidates from SC/ST/PWD/Transgender need to pay INR 800 .

LAST DATE TO AAPLY NEET 2021: AUGUST 6 .

CANDIDATES CAN PAY APPLICATION FEE UP TO AUGUST 7, 2021.
