3. proof of seat acceptance fee payment

4. JEE main admit card

5. class 10nth marksheet

6. OCI certificate or PIO card (if applicable)

7. class 12th marksheet

8. undertaking by candidate

9.  ID card (aadhar card/class 12th admit card/id card of school)

10. JEE main score card

11. medical certificate

12. PwD certificate (if applicable)

13. printout of registration cum locked choices of seat allotment
