Now the list of documents that are required at the time of admission are:

• Your NEET marksheet
• NEET admit card
• 10th class marksheet+certificate
• 12th marsksheet+certificate
• Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate
• Character certificate
• Domicile certificate (in case of state counseling)
• Income certificate of your parents.
• Gap- year affidavit ( in case if you have taken a drop after 12th)
• Your original ID
• Bonds ( differ according to states)
• Passport size photographs- Minimum 30
• One Post Card size photograph.
• Birth certificate
• Identification proof.

class 12 mark sheet.

migration certificate.

caste certificate (OBC/SC/ST)) as per conditions laid down in prospectus.

certificate of PwBD (if applicable)
