Any stream" when applying for college admission means that a student from any of the standard academic streams, such as Science, Commerce, or Humanities (Arts), can apply for the program, regardless of which specific subjects they studied in 12th grade; so yes, a student who took 3 Arts subjects and 2 Science subjects would be considered eligible under "any stream.

Some courses are available to all streams students including humanities, science, and commerce, because subjects and career streams are interchangeable. For example, a student who took PCMB can choose to go into the engineering stream, and a PCB student can go into the arts stream.so without any doubt every stream students can apply to courses having eligibility any stream.
