The private candidate is not the regular candidate which mean he is not qualified to write the exam as a regular candidate and not forwarded by any school or college and he himself applied for the exam privately.

For example he is a repeater of the class 12 exam then after some chnaces he will not be forwarded by the college and he should apply himself for the exam as private candidate.
