If you are asking about the seat allotment result of TS PGECET 2020 counselling and if it is written "Not Allotted" then it means that you are not allotted any seat in that round of TS PGECET Counselling. If this was the first round of counselling and you were not allotted any college then you can participate in the consequent rounds of counselling. Those candidates who were not allotted any college in the first round of TS PGECET 2020 counselling are eligible to apply for the second round of counselling.
