First of all their is no EWNO category so please clear your question about that. Then the EWS open category states that a candidate is eligible to opt for ews open category if

1. His/her family income is less than 8 lakhs/annum.

2. Agricultural land is less than 5 acres

3. The residential flat is less than 1000 sq ft.

4. Residential Plot is less than 100 sq yds.

5. And the candidate should be of general category.

If the candidate satisfies all the criteria above then he/she is eligible for applying to the EWS category.
