Hello Nilanjit,

Opening rank is the first rank and closing rank is the last rank. First rank at which engineering branch is alloted to a student is opening rank and the last rank at which particular branch is alloted to a student is closing rank.

Means Suppose 38 is the opening rank and closing rank is 100 for a branch and if i score 75 will i get admission in that branch?
