Hi,

Provisionall allotment means that the seats are alloted to candidate provisionally they are not confirmed. If a candidate choose the option of free exit the seat get vacant and alloted to other candidate. The final result is declared on 11th april. If there any change has occured you can check in the list of final result.

If you do not find your name in final result also, you should go for round 2.
