Hello, As per your query i would like to tell you, Yes, it means that for the time being it has been accepted but is under review.
The meaning is in the term provisionally, which denotes that the acceptance is temporary, and it can be changed if certain stipulated conditions are not fulfilled under the terms of the acceptance.

So when will we get the confirmation of AIIMS exam form...? Because it still says that the form is "provisionally accepted".
