Qualification code means - there are certain criteria provided in the form for your qualification details. You nee to choose the code according to your qualifications. Code-1 is for students who are appearing in class 12th board examinations. Code- 2 is fir candidates who have completed their 10+2 or equivalent exam. Code-3 is for candidates who have completed class 12th. Code-4 for students having done 12th plus any pre professional exam.
