Google hire software engineer , IT and Cs etc you need to be very good at coding and GPA doesn't matter to them , give them details about your programming language assignments , hackathons , cofing competition etc

If you want to work in Google, you need to know coding and concepts of machine learning. So, you should either go for CS or IT. And you need to make sure that you pursue the course from top engineering institutions like IIT.
