IIIT any campus and NIT any campus across India accepts JEE main. They don't accept any other entrance for admission. They solely consider JEE entrance exam only. If you want to join any campus then you have to appear JEE exam and get a rank which will satisfy the rank cutoff range for any branch you are interested or applied during counselling.

So prepare accordingly and try to score as much as possible and just give your best in the exam.

To get into IIT Hyderabad after 12th you are supposed to get good rank in JEE advance. Jee mains is to get into NIITs and to get chance to write in jee advance. So practice hard for getting good marks in jee advance if you want to get into IIT Hyderabad

JEE main paper is totally responsible for getting an admission in IIIT Hyderabad. But you need to score very very high marks to get a seat there. By placement and academics this college is comparable to India's top IITs.

But your JEE main rank needs to be within 600-700 rank to get a seat here. It's going to be tough but if you get a seat here, all your efforts will be successful.
