Dear applicant,

As per information from MHT CET official's website ,after you login to your account then your application form is visible to you.In this afterwards there will be an undertaking form . You need to fill the subject which you are going to choose in this like PCB or PCM for the examination and further print it.Also you can opt to give the examination of PCM and PCB both, the Unconditional Undertaking for both can be downloaded using the same process as mentioned above.
