Can you be a little more specific, I mean can you let me know what kind of course you want to pursue, if you want to do engineering then there are plenty of exams other than jee which are listed below :-

SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (SRMJEEE)
West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE)
Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT)
VITEEE , conducted for admission into the two campuses of VIT Chennai, and Vellore
KIIT0EE ,
IPU CET
MU-OET.

If you want to do mbbs then NEET is the only gateway into medical colleges.
