There are many entrance exams apart from NEET to give after 12th. Fr instance if you are asking for  PCB related-

• AIIMS

• JIPMER

With science as you 10 + 2 subjects, you can also go for-

• Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY)

• National Entrance Screening Test (NEST)

Apart from this, there are many other exams for different streams. For instance, engineering, law, fashion, etc
