Hi Dhruv,
JEE is considered to be the toughest exam in the world let alone India, so it requires a lot of practice and self dedication.
I like that you want to solve more books for getting the feel of what type of questions you will come across when you face the paper.
I would advice you to first go through the complete coaching material and if you feel that you need more practice, I would recommend you to try out the following books-
For JEE Mains-
Physics- HC Verma (Volume 1 and 2)
Chemistry- Dr. O.P. Tandon
Mathematics- R.D. Sharma (Vol.1 and 2), Arihant Publications by S.K. Goyal and Amit Agarwal
Moreover,
you must go through the complete NCERT for Chemistry as some questions come directly from NCERT and miscellaneous questions of Mathematics NCERT.
For JEE Advanced-
Physics- I.E. Irodov and Fundamental of Physics by Halliday, Resnick and Walker
Chemistry- Dr. O.P. Tandon for physical chemistry, Morrison and Boyd for organic chemistry, J.D. Lee for inorganic chemistry
Mathematics- R.D. Sharma, Hall and Knight for algebra, R.S. Agarwal
