Hello,
It completely dependends on whether you are going to a government college or a private one. Government colleges do have some concession for OBC, However very few private colleges provide concession to OBC candidates.

So in government colleges, fees would be around 60000 to 1 lac per annum. For private colleges it ranges from 1lac - 3 lac per annum.
