Yes , you have to pay 3k or 4k during 1st time admission only.This time it's 4k.
When u are paying ur fees next year ,u have to pay only college fees .No SNQ fees is required to be paid.
Every college will have some 5 to 6 SNQ seats in every engineering branch.
