If you have taken admission in the institution or university under the tuition fee waiver seat then at the time of admission, you need to show your allotment letter and your tuition fee waiver certificate to the authorities of the college and won't need to pay a single penny for the admission cum tuition fee, however, you need to pay the miscellaneous amounts which is a very small amount of money or you might have to pay the hostel and accomodation fee.
