There can be instances where a candidate lose his improvement confirmation page wild submitted his admit card for filling out other details because of network issues or any other server disruptions.

So, simple thing which you can do is to wait for some time in the connection gets restored and try whether you are in the same page or have lost all your progress. If you have progress lost all your progress, then you need to re submit your application again.
