If you don't write practical examination, you will get compartment or you will fail in your examinations, which means you have repeat your whole year or you have to give the specific practical examination which will ruin your one year of preparation or maybe you have to wait for next year for entrance examinations for colleges and higher studies.

Generally if you dont write practical exam you are marked absent there.However it depends upon institution to institution.Please mention the name of the college or school or institutions upon whose basis you want to know of.Please mention proper details so that you can provide you the accurate information.
