PWD certificate is mandatory to bring along with passport size photo (same as uploaded), a valid proof of identity like aadhar card and a print out of neet admit card. You may not be allowed to sit on the examination and rest depends on the supervisor of exam centre. It's always better to follow the rules to avoid any situation.
