Dear Deepak,

It is recommended that you should apply for as many as entrance exam to get admission in top colleges of engineering so that you can get good teaching and placements.

If you don't qualify for EAMCET you can take admission through JEE Main or other engineering entrance exam. 

There are many private colleges who consider admissions through JEE Main. You have to appy for these colleges seperately.
