The seat you have been alloted will be in hold if you attend second counselling. In second counselling if you did not get any kind of seat in any college, the seat you secured in first counselling will be re-alloted to you by itself. This happens only in case if you do not click on cancellation of seat. If you click on cancellation, it would mean that you are not interested to join in that college and further you have no right on that seat.
