After completing BBA, you have many good job options depending on your interests and skills. Here are some of the best ones:

Private Sector Jobs:

  • Marketing Executive / Sales Manager – work in marketing, advertising, or sales teams.

  • HR Executive – handle recruitment, payroll, and employee management.

  • Financial Analyst / Accountant – manage company finances and reports.

You can work as a junior executive or analyst in Sales/Marketing, finance, or HR roles

If you want to start working right after your graduation, you can apply for several roles such as business development or sales executive, marketing executive, operations executive, customer relation executive, banking associate, financial or insurance advisor.

If you want better employability you can go for short term courses like data analytics, project management, human resources, finance and accounting and apply for roles like data associate, finance associate, recruiter, project coordinator.

Higher studies options like MBA, PGDM, Specialized masters abroad (GRE/ GMAT exams). CA, CFA, CMA (if you want to get into niche finance careers), LLB to venture into business law.
