I've been saying this a lot, and i'll say it again. Unless you have a solid plan laid out for yourself and you're so passionate about chemical engineering that you cannot wait for two more years, you should instead think about finishing high school.

And mind you, you will be studying chemistry at high school as well. You could ofcourse go for a diploma right after 10th std, but that largely limits your options in the future. Going through high school will open up a lot of options for you, and also help you consoliodate on your your interest and discover any other passions on the way.

There are both degree as well as diploma courses in Chemical Engineering. You can go for the 3 year diploma course after the 10th standard (SSC). To get selected into the graduate courses (BE / B.Tech ) the marks secured in the final exams of 10+2 and the performance in entrance exams are evaluated.
