well there are plenty of courses after your 12th, thougj you are weak in physics and chemistry .
You can take for BBA course where there is complete discussion about the marketing and finance which is very interesting in simple mathematical calculations like addition subtraction,profit caluculations.
also you can go for b.sc mathematics and arts too.
b.sc commerce and b.sc statistics courses are the best one after your 12th.
