Better to avoid it. Don't get late. If you miss your date then you won't get another chance. There must be a schedule time given like morning 10- evening 5. So get it done with in the stipulated time. If you are traveling to a place for counseling then better to carry all your documents with you. Everything which may be needed. And have extra copies too. If you get late then no one can help you. You can ask to the counselor for any adjustments but it still depends the person will consider or not.
