See you should follow the guidelines and instructions as given by the authority. Incase you are unable to reach there on time, they have the right to forfeit your seat if some major documents are missing. You will be on the mercy of the officer there. Try to be on time and present all the major documents to ensure a smooth way to get a seat as repercussion are unknown, they can tell you to get your documents till the evening that day itself too.
