If you hage forgot to register for first round of upsee counselling, then don't worry, you can register from second round.
Basically in upsee if you have not attended the round 1, then you can directly register as fresh candidate from round 2 counseling of upsee .
The counseling registration of fresh candidates for round 2 will start from 30th october 2020 and ends on 2nd november 2020.
So, this time don't miss the registration.
