If you fail to apply for MHTCET on time you can still fill the form late with extra fees. sbut if you forget to do that as well then you may miss the opportunity to give the exam this year and will have to wait till the registration for 2023MHTCET  starts Hope this helps all the Best!

So, with regard of you're query, if you fail to apply for the MHT CET 2022, then there are other state level Common Entrance Exams as well, you can write them, they include APEAMCET, TSEAMCET etc.,. Also you can even write the national level entrance exams like JEE Mains.
