It is your decision either you want to fill form with addhar or not. 

If you have addhar than during counseling time you have to provide little less documents otherwise you have to provide more documents such as native state / place certificate from your region which is signed by Tehsildar.

My suggestion if you have addhar than fill the application form with it otherwise at a time of counseling you have to provide little more documentation .
